The "Auto Tavakkol Bus Fleet" that Ali Akbar Tavassol Bagheri founded in Tehran, in 1940 have grown in the course of more than sixty years to become the pioneer manufacturer of automotive air-conditioning systems in Iran.

Profile Cooler Iran, is the first manufacturer of automotive A/C systems in Iran. The company has production facilities, service centers and authorized sales agents nationwide and is increasing its customer service by adapting new communication strategies, close contact with the market, and seeking feedback from the customers. The largest part of the company’s revenue comes from the manufacturing of A/C systems and the contracts with the major car manufacturing companies of the country. This market segment accounts for approximately 90% of the total turnover.

Departments Interactions Based on customer orders, our engineering department start and completes the particular required design and later furnishes the technical information and data to production department for further activities. Concurrently our Material & production planning, Purchasing and vendor affairs departments pursue the project progress. Material supply will take place based on the prompt prompt and punctual programming for an efficient and well-organized production. Through all these stages, the product and the procedures are under the constant supervision of the Quality Assurance department to secure the maximum quality and guarantee the customer satisfaction.

Head Office

The head office is located in a dynamic business areas of Tehran. There are 11 interactive departments functioning in coordination.The recent restructuring of organization and the application of new information systems let the employees acting in different departments to be in close contact with each other and keep abreast with the latest decisions made by the management.

At the moment this division is responsible for installation, repair services and warranties in Tehran. It is centrally-located for the easy access of the customers.

After Sales Service Center No. 2

In order to provide faster and better services to the customers, the company is expanding its after sales service facilities by developing a well-equipped site in Tehran’s suburb. The site is under construction and it is programmed to be completed in July 2001. This site is going to take over the supervision of the activities of customer service network. The ambitious goal of the company is to equip and improve the center to the extent that it covers service provision for all the local auto manufacturer’s A/C service requirements. Upon completion this site will be the largest A/C service center in Iran with qualified specialists whose main concern is the customers' satisfaction.

The factory has the reputation of being the first automotive A/C system manufacturing plant in Iran and was originally inaugurated by the minister of industry. It is located in Firoozkoh, in an industrial zone specially designed for industrial sites by the government in the northeast of Tehran.
