ZVCC Compressor

Compressors: Electronically controlled variable-capacity compressors and other advanced technologies have been incorporated to implement the sophisticated, electronically controlled full-automatic air-conditioning system that promise the greatest comfort while reducing engine load. Valeo offers a wide variety of such systems for passenger cars, vans, trucks, buses, constructions vehicles, farm machinery, and rail cars.

 

ZVCC Evaporator

Evaporators: Valeo has succeeded in further raising the efficiency of the evaporator as a heat exchanger, while improving the evaporator itself through such measures as more efficient draining of the condensed water,reduction of air passage resistance of core,more compact design and higher performance. Though refrigerant flow and strength analysis was performed on single tank type evaporators to reduce their width and thickness.

ZVCC Condenser

Condensers: The parallel flow type condensers with ultra-thin tubes were developed for use with new types of refrigerant that are friendly to the environment. They realize the weather ability,and refrigerant saving required of condensers.
